Health Conditions

Please inform us at the time of booking of any health issues, allergies or medical conditions we may need to be aware of, including pregnancy. We will then be able to advise you accordingly of suitable treatments for you.

Mobile Service

For treatments in your home, we would appreciate it if you could ensure there is room for the treatment to be carried out. 

Your hairdresser or beautician may arrive a few minutes early in order to set up any relevant equipment for your treatment.

Data Protection

All clients will be asked to complete a record card during their consultation and this will be updated at each subsequent appointment. Please rest assured that any personal details we request from you are stored and used in line with the Data Protection Act and are not passed on to any third parties.

Sensitivity Tests

All clients must have a sensitivity test at least 24 hours prior to any beauty treatments requiring the use of chemicals (tinting treatments). All clients must have a sensitivity test at least 48 hours prior to any hair services requiring the use of chemicals (tinting). After the sensitivity test this will be written on your Client Service record card as evidence of the test.  

Clients are not permitted to supply their own products for use during services, unless prescribed by a medical professional.

Clients under 16 years

Clients under the age of 16 years require a letter of consent from their parent or guardian for cutting and blow-drying services. For all other services (hair and beauty), clients under the age of 16 years must have a parent or guardian present at all times. 

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or a valid gift voucher. Unfortunately we are unable to accept card payments at the present.

Cancellation Policy

We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice  if you need to cancel your treatment. 

Should the therapist arrive and you cancel at the time of your appointment without prior notification, unfortunately the full cost of the treatment will incur.

We will aim to send you a reminder about your treatment approximately 2 days before.
